attainment of the specified goals, taking into consideration
environmental, and organizational factors, as well as management
preferences. This framework will offer sufficient flexibility and
scope to inform information technology decisions for a 5-7 year period. |
| Phase V - Deployment |
Based on client preference, Payne
Enterprises will manage the deployment of information technology resources
to attain action plan goals. We can also call upon the support of
one or more strategic business partners, as may be required. |
| Phase VI - Operation |
Payne Enterprises continues to be available
after initial deployment to assure attainment of the targeted ROI.
Clients may choose from several levels of involvement. |
